Approved teams receive a payment request

Do not send payment until the organizer emails Interac e-Transfer instructions.

Does submitting the form reserve my team's spot?

No. A spot is secured only after full payment has been received and verified, and your team has received official organizer confirmation.

When do we pay the tournament fee?

Only after your team application has been reviewed and approved. The organizer will send a separate Interac e-Transfer payment request. Do not pay when submitting the form. The entry fee is $700 CAD per team. Cancellation/refund terms are included in the payment request.

How many games are guaranteed?

The 12-team format guarantees four games, weather permitting: two pool games Friday, followed by one pool game and a quarterfinal or placement game Saturday. Semifinals and the final are Sunday, with a maximum of two games per team per day. Teams are divided into three pools of four. The top two in each pool plus two wild cards advance; teams ranked 9–12 play 9 vs 12 and 10 vs 11. Detailed rules and weather/cancellation terms will be published before teams commit. Match times and diamond assignments remain provisional.

Will photos and video be taken?

Photography and video may occur during games and activities. Team contacts will receive a media notice to share with families. Any required parental permissions for identifiable youth images will be handled separately.

Do you need a player roster?

Not for the initial application. Please do not submit players' personal information or payment card details.

Privacy: The registration form requests adult team representative and team information for tournament administration. The organizer's registration spreadsheet is private and is not published on this website.
